All of our poly furniture is shipped “knock-down” and ready for final assembly.

Furniture components, hardware, screwdriver bit and assembly instructions are stretch wrapped, packed and shipped in a corrugated box to any business or residential address within the United States via UPS.

All orders ship in 10 business days,

If an item is returned for other than a manufacturing defect, there is a 25% restocking charge on the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is damaged upon receipt, or there are missing or damaged pieces, please e-mail us at service@outdoorlifefurniture.com, or call our Customer Service area toll free at 866-478-9987. 

Refund or Replacement for any damaged items will be issued once the item is returned to and received by the manufacturer.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No refund will be made for the original cost of shipping.
